So does that mean that I should stop thinking about the triple chocolate fudge cake with the gooey molten chocolate center? Or that I need to think about getting up and running at 5:30am? Is it the thought that counts?
I’m sure it means that if you’re thinking about the things you should be eating and the workouts that you should be doing, then you’re more likely to actually do them. I’m not entirely sure how to go about testing this “think thin” concept, but that is what I’m setting out to do this week. I’ll attempt to update you all via my blog on my progress.
Right now, I’ve just finished a salad and am snacking on grapes. I’d say so far it’s working!
